If you find that programs are defaulting to the wrong printer when you want to print, you can change the default by following the below steps:
Click on Start then go to Settings
Go into “Devices”
On the left hand panel you should now see an option for “Printers & Scanners”, click on this menu and you will see printers being listed on the right
Find the printer that you're trying to print to, it should generally start with the first three letters of your branch (Port Hedland is PTH).
Once you have found have found your desired printer, click on it and then click on the “Manage” button that shows up
On the new screen, click on the “Set as Default” button and the printer will now be set as your new default
You will need to restart any program that you previously had open for it to pick up the new default printer if it still doesn't default to it.
