Can't find original Approval email for Leave and Requests
This article only applies to Managers and Supervisors
Our Power Automate system has streamlined the process for placing requests for leave, travel, new hardware, new users and so on.
If you're reading this, it means that you've been unable to locate the original email that was automatically sent to you to approve or reject a request. But do not worry, there is an alternative location to action requests.
If you open up the AFS Intranet in a new tab, click on the 9 dots in the top left corner of the screen to access the menu for all Microsoft Online products.
Select "Power Automate" as shown above
There should be “Power Automate” in the list of programs available, click on this and it'll open a new tab. It may ask you to sign in, please sign in using your afsgroup.com.au or europcarwa.com.au email.
Once signed into the page, you should see a panel to the left, click on “Approvals” and it'll load up a page where all outstanding approvals that you need to action will appear under “Received”.
Outstanding approvals will appear here under "Received"
Click on each request and in the drop down select “Approve/Reject” along with any comments and submit your response.
The Automated system will complete the automated process and will stop sending reminder emails to you regarding the request(s).
