Requesting New Hardware

Sometimes things break, get lost or an extra piece of hardware is required due to growing demands.

To request new hardware to be sent to you, please go to the AFS Intranet website.

On this webpage, go to the “Forms” dropdown menu and then select “IT Hardware Request form”

Go to the AFS Intranet page then under Forms > IT Hardware Request Form

This will take you to the form to fill in and submit

Fill in the form with the relevant details

We will endeavour to get the requested hardware to you in a timely manner.

However, sometimes this is out of our control due to the supplier having delays or lack of stock so in those instances, please do be patient.
